Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Delivery Policy

At Canine Craving (CC Pet Foods Pvt Ltd), every order is prepared and shipped with care so that your pet receives fresh, high-quality food right on time. We currently offer delivery across India on select items, with fresh meat deliveries limited to Bangalore city addresses.

Domestic Deliveries

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, please allow 5 to 7 business days for preparation and dispatch, subject to stock availability.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
  • Some remote or regulated areas may require additional delivery time due to logistics restrictions.
  • For deliveries outside Karnataka, local state authorities may levy additional duties or taxes beyond our control. These charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer. In case a customer refuses delivery, any return shipping or product costs incurred will be adjusted accordingly.
  • "Fresh Meat & Seafood" products are delivered only within Bangalore. If orders are placed by 4 pm (Mon to Fri), we deliver within 2 days. For such orders placed on Sat-Sun or holidays, we deliver within 3 days.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
  • For any delivery-related queries, please write to us at woof@caninecraving.com.
  • If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to an error in the shipping address or contact details provided by the customer, or if the recipient is unavailable, any re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

At Canine Craving, we work closely with trusted logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to deliver nutritious, wholesome meals for pets across India.

Cancellation Policy

Each order is prepared fresh and often enters production soon after confirmation. Because of this, orders once processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

You may request a cancellation only if your order status shows “Pending” in your order history. To do so, please email us at woof@caninecraving.com with your Order Number and reason for cancellation. If the order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Canine Craving reserves the right to make the final decision on any cancellation request.

Cancellations by Canine Craving

We may cancel or refuse an order in rare cases such as: incorrect product pricing, stock unavailability, or delivery restrictions or operational issues. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly and receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Delivery Error by Customer

If a non-delivery or delay occurs due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or recipient unavailability, any re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

We aim to handle every situation fairly and transparently. If you ever face an issue, our support team is always here to help.

Return & Refund Policy

At Canine Craving (CC Pet Food Pvt Ltd), we take great pride in the quality and freshness of every product we make. Each order is prepared and packed with utmost care to ensure your pet receives only the best.

That said, we understand that rare issues can occur during delivery. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — fairly and swiftly.

Replacement

You may request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please share clear photos or videos of the affected item and its packaging at woof@caninecraving.com. If the issue affects only part of your order, we’ll refund those items. If the issue affects the entire order, we’ll replace it in full. Once verified, we will process the replacement within 2 to 4 business days.

Refund

If a replacement isn’t possible (for example, the product is out of stock), a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed and credited within 7 to 10 working days after approval. For prepaid orders, the refund includes the product value and applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us or our delivery partner.

Note

  • Because our products are perishable and made fresh, we cannot accept returns or replacements for opened or partially used items.
  • If you cancel or refuse delivery for reasons other than product quality or damage, any return shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by you.
  • Our team may ask for additional details to help us improve product quality and customer experience. Your feedback genuinely matters to us.
