FAQs
FAQs
1. How is buffalo spleen different from buffalo kidney nutritionally?
Both are nutrient-dense organ meats, though each carries its own distinct profile. Many pet parents rotate between the two rather than relying on just one organ.
2. Is this a good option for dogs with low iron levels?
Organ meats are traditionally valued for their iron content. If your dog has diagnosed low iron, consult your vet for guidance on how much to include.
3. How frequently can spleen be fed without overdoing organ intake?
It works best in rotation with other proteins rather than daily. Follow the feeding guide and your dog's nutritional requirements when deciding how often to include it.
4. Does buffalo spleen have a strong odour when thawed?
Organ meats do carry a natural aroma. Most dogs find this appealing rather than off-putting, which is often what makes it such an effective Buffalo Spleen Dog Food option.
5. Can this be fed to puppies or only adult dogs?
It suits most life stages, but portion size should always match your puppy's size. Introduce gradually and keep a close eye on their response.
