FAQs
FAQs
1. Is pork trotter safe for dogs with sensitive stomachs?
Every dog responds differently to new proteins and chews. Introduce it gradually, offer a small supervised session, and observe your dog for any signs of digestive intolerance.
2. Can pork trotters be given to puppies?
It's best suited to dogs with fully developed teeth and stronger jaws. Puppies may have different chewing abilities. Always consider age, size, and chewing strength; check with your vet before offering it to a young puppy.
3. What's the best way to introduce pork trotters for the first time?
Offer the chew in a calm environment and supervise your dog. Introduce it gradually and offer one piece without pairing it with any other new food on the same day. Then observe how they chew and digest it before offering it again.
4. Should pork trotters be fed raw or cooked?
Follow the feeding instructions provided with the product. Avoid additional cooking unless specifically recommended, as this can change the texture and safety of the bone.
